- Ensure compliance with all licensing, health, and safety standards
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- 1–2 years of lead or co-lead classroom experience
- 90-hour preschool certification or CDA
- Strong knowledge of child development and best practices
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and support child safety requirements
- Background check eligibility
- Basic Health & Safety and ADA training
- CPR/First Aid preferred
