The Goddard School® of Naperville is seeking a passionate School Director to lead our team of dedicated educators and help create an exceptional environment for children, families and staff.

This leadership role oversees daily operations, supports staff development, implements our Wonder of Learning® curriculum, and builds strong relationships with families and the community.
What You'll Do
- Lead daily school operations and maintain licensing and brand standards
- Hire, mentor and support a strong, collaborative teaching team
- Foster a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork and recognition
- Implement Goddard’s Wonder of Learning® curriculum
- Build strong relationships with families and support enrollment growth
- Ensure a safe, organized and nurturing environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or related field
- 3+ years of early childhood teaching experience
- 1+ year of leadership experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
- Passion for early childhood education and supporting educators
