You’ll work alongside experienced Lead Teachers to create engaging, hands-on learning experiences using Goddard’s newest Wonder of Learning™ curriculum, all within beautiful, state-of-the-art classrooms — including access to our indoor gym, which not all schools offer.

What You’ll Do:
- Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans
- Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and inviting classroom environment
- Provide individualized support and foster a strong sense of belonging
- Communicate with families about daily activities and milestones
- Follow all health, safety, and licensing guidelines
- Support daily care routines in a nurturing, structured environment
What You Bring:
- High school diploma required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education preferred)
- Experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred
- Genuine compassion and patience with young children
- Dependability and strong teamwork skills
- Understanding of child development
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to pass required state background checks and meet licensing requirements
