About Us
Responsibilities
- Support and lead age-appropriate activities for children ages [X–X]
- Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive classroom environment
- Assist with lesson plans, daily routines, and classroom management
- Observe and support children’s social, emotional, and developmental needs
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff
- Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations
Office Administrator Duties
- Answer phones, emails, and greet parents/visitors
- Manage attendance, enrollment paperwork, and student records
- Assist with scheduling, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Order supplies and maintain organized office systems
- Support the director with general administrative tasks
- Experience working with young children (preschool or daycare preferred)
- Basic office/administrative experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Background check clearance required
- Early Childhood Education coursework or certification is a plus
- Part-time hours, typically [M-F, 1-6]
- Some flexibility required based on school needs
