About the Role:
- Assist lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding children's progress.
- Supervise children during playtime and ensure their safety at all times.
- Help with classroom organization and cleanliness.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Encourage positive interactions among children and promote teamwork.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and staff.
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Background check clearance required.
