Job Title: Assistant Teacher – 3-Year-Old Classroom

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Teacher to join our 3-year-old classroom. This role is ideal for a professional early childhood educator who views themselves as a teacher and takes pride in creating a nurturing, engaging, and structured learning environment.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with and contributing to age-appropriate lesson planning and classroom activities
- Supporting children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth
- Assisting with potty training and other daily care routines
- Serving meals and snacks in accordance with licensing and safety guidelines
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary classroom environment
- Working collaboratively with the lead teacher and administrative team
- Communicating professionally and effectively with parents and families
- Ensuring the safety, supervision, and well-being of all children at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in an early childhood classroom (required)
- CPR and First Aid Certification (preferred)
- CDA or higher in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
- Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and accountability
