Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote cognitive and social development.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment for children.
- Assess and monitor each child's progress and provide feedback to parents.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance the educational experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom setting.
- Facilitate daily activities that encourage exploration and creativity.
- Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and company policies.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- State certification or licensure in early childhood education.
- At least 2 years of experience in a lead teaching role or similar position.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents.
- Ability to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
- Willingness to work as part of a collaborative team.
