What You’ll Do
- Provide loving, responsive care to Preschool (starting at ages 2.9 ).
- Manage feeding, diapering, nap routines, and age-appropriate learning experiences.
- Maintain classroom organization and uphold safety and sanitation standards.
- Teach young children foundational skills such as colors, shapes, letters, hygiene habits, social interaction, and motor development through play-based learning.
- Maintain a safe, structured classroom by enforcing behavioral expectations, organizing learning spaces, and supervising indoor and outdoor activities.
- Communicate with parents and staff about children’s progress, complete daily reports and assessments, and collaborate on age-appropriate lesson planning.
- Observe children’s development, adapt activities to meet individual needs, and support their social, emotional, and physical well-being.
What We’re Looking For

EEC Preschool Teacher Certification (or application in progress).

1+ year of experience in a licensed childcare setting.
- Completion of Strong Start 2.0 Training for Center-Based Childcare.
- Strong multitasking and communication skills.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
- Availability for a 9-hour shift (with a 1-hour unpaid break), Monday–Friday, between 7:00 AM–6:00 PM.
