In this role, you’ll coach and inspire teachers, support curriculum excellence, and step into classrooms when needed to ensure consistency and quality. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and want to make a meaningful impact, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do:
- Support and elevate classroom instruction using Goddard’s curriculum
- Coach, mentor, and develop teaching staff
- Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure licensing and quality standards are consistently met
- Provide hands-on classroom support when needed
- Partner with families to support student success
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- 3+ years of preschool teaching experience
- Leadership or coaching experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of child development and licensing regulations
- Positive, team-oriented mindset
