🧩 What We’re Looking For
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
- CDA (preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in early childhood (preferred)
- Completion of state‑required pre‑service training
- Strong communication skills and a warm, nurturing presence
- Ability to stay calm, professional, and flexible in a busy school environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. for child safety and emergency situations
- Meets background check requirements
