Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education plus 24 months experience in preschool education and 12 months experience in child development and behavior management strategies.

Duties: Plan, organize, and implement curriculum for children ages 2–5 in accordance with Wisconsin licensing standards; support teachers with expertise in child psychology; assess emotional and developmental needs; implement individualized behavior support plans; train staff on behavior management; collaborate with teachers and families; maintain safe and inclusive environment; communicate progress with parents and administration; maintain compliance with continuing education requirements.
