- Supervise and engage children ages 6 weeks to 5th Grade in various activities.
- Implement lesson plans that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and activities.
- Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment in accordance with state regulations.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a cohesive educational experience.
- Encourage creativity and exploration through play-based learning.
- Assist with daily routines, including snack time and outdoor play.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Early Childhood Education degree preferred.
- Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Must pass background checks and meet state licensing requirements.
- Flexible schedule with availability from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
