- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to infants’ developmental needs.
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Conduct regular assessments to track each infant’s progress and milestones.
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child’s development and daily activities.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to create a cohesive educational experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom that meets health and safety standards.
- Lead and participate in daily activities that promote sensory and motor skill development.
- Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education and infant care.
- Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Previous experience working with infants in a childcare or educational setting.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for nurturing young children.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators.
- Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate practices.
- Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude towards teaching.
- Background check and clearance required prior to employment.
