- Oversee the implementation and consistency of the Wonder of Learning™ curriculum across all classrooms
- Support teachers with lesson planning, classroom setup, and instructional strategies
- Observe classrooms regularly to ensure curriculum fidelity and educational excellence
- Ongoing professional development for faculty
- Manage administrative tasks including organization, front office operations, office and food supply inventory management.
- Serve as a positive point of contact for parents, supporting family communication and satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with school policies
- Background in Early Childhood Education (CDA and/or Bachelor’s preferred)
- Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
- At least 1 year experience in a preschool classroom or school environment and school administration
- A collaborative leader with a passion for child development and early learning
