About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Curriculum Specialist to support our teachers and create a nurturing, engaging environment using our Wonder of Learning® curriculum. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring educators and making a meaningful impact on young children’s development.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support developmentally appropriate curriculum and lesson plans
- Coach and mentor teachers on instruction, classroom management, and child interactions
- Ensure safe, inclusive classrooms and compliance with licensing standards
- Communicate effectively with families and support Parent/Teacher Conferences
- Oversee documentation and tools such as Kaymbu
- Support onboarding, training, and ongoing teacher development
- Coordinate enrichment programs, school events, and summer camp
- Manage classroom resources and curriculum materials
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- High school diploma required; ECE degree preferred
- CDA credential preferred
- 3-5 years of childcare or preschool experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with children, families, and staff
