Resource & Classroom Support Teacher
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and highly personable team member to support both our classrooms and front office. This is a flexible, all-around role for someone who enjoys working with children, connecting with families, and helping ensure smooth daily operations throughout the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet families and answer phones in a warm, professional manner
- Provide classroom support as needed throughout the day
- Assist teachers with daily routines, transitions, and bathroom breaks
- Step into classrooms to help with supervision and learning activities
- Serve as a helpful resource across the building for staff and families
- Support a positive, organized, and calm school environment
- Flex between front desk duties and classroom support based on daily needs
Who We’re Looking For
- Friendly, approachable, and naturally welcoming personality
- Strong communication skills with children, families, and staff
- Flexible and team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in both office and classroom environments
- Early childhood experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy, active school setting
