About the Role:
Join The Goddard School of Urbana, MD, as a Baby Breaks Teacher, where you will nurture and engage infants in a safe and loving environment. Work Hours: 10:00 am- 3:00 pm.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and care for infants during designated baby break times.
- Implement age-appropriate activities that promote sensory exploration and motor skills.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for infants and staff.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's needs and progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a nurturing and supportive atmosphere.
- Monitor and document infant behavior and developmental milestones.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of supplies and materials for activities.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
