Responsibilities:
- Support lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and activities.
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
- Assist with classroom management and ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
- Engage with children in play, arts, and educational activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding children's progress.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the classroom.
- Adapt to various classroom settings and age groups as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- Previous experience in a childcare or educational setting is a plus.
- Passion for working with young children and fostering their development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing classroom needs.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to creating a nurturing environment.
