Looking to get your start in early childhood education? Or a college student wanting real classroom experience? We have part-time and full-time shifts available and we'll work around your schedule. You'll gain hands-on experience across all age groups — infants through kindergarten — with full support from our team every step of the way.
Resource Teacher Key Responsibilities
- Work across all classrooms supporting children ages 3 months to 6 years
- Establish and maintain safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environments
- Support each child's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Build positive relationships with families and communicate professionally
- Collaborate with lead and assistant teachers across all age groups
- Support routine childcare tasks and adhere to all health and safety guidelines
- Assist with infant care tasks including crib transfers and feeding routines
Available Shifts
Monday through Friday — school hours only, no nights or weekends
- 9:00am – 6:00pm
- 1:00pm – 6:00pm
- 3:00pm – 6:00pm
Flexible scheduling available to accommodate college classes and coursework.

Are You a Fit?
- High school diploma required; college enrollment or ECE degree a plus
- Previous experience with young children preferred but not required — we will train the right person
- Genuine warmth, empathy, and compassion for children of all ages
- Dependable, adaptable, and comfortable moving between classrooms and age groups
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. including safely transferring infants into and out of cribs
