- Supervise and engage children in summer camp activities and programs.
- Develop and implement creative lesson plans that promote learning and development.
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for all students.
- Encourage socialization and teamwork through group activities and games.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and activities..
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in education or related field preferred, but not necessary.
- Previous experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting preferred but not necessary.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents.
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred, but not necessary.
- Background check required for employment.
