About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Implement "Wonder of Learning" curriculum that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment for children aged 3-5.
- Observe and assess children’s developmental progress and communicate findings to parents.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to build a strong community.
- Utilize age-appropriate teaching methods and materials to enhance learning experiences.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to create a cohesive and supportive teaching team.
Requirements:
- High School diploma required; Associate's/Bachelor's preferred degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Previous experience working with young children in a preschool or childcare setting.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and early learning standards.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for teaching.
- Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
- Background check and clearances required for employment.
