- Assist in the planning and implementation of daily educational activities.
- Support lead teachers in classroom management and student engagement. Substitute in classrooms as required.
- Conduct tours for prospective families.
- Support enrollment process, including onboarding and documentation.
- Assist in staffing and recruiting efforts.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
- Manage inventory of classroom materials and supplies.
- Support social media initiatives, newsletters, and family enrollment growth.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience working with young children in an educational setting.
- Experience with accreditation processes preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of child development principles and practices.
- Positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with children.
