- Assist the Lead Teacher in delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that support toddler growth and curiosity
- Support each child's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development during this critical stage
- Help toddlers navigate key milestones including language development, independence, and self-regulation
- Prepare classroom materials and maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment
- Provide individualized attention, supervision, and nurturing care to children in your room
- Communicate with families daily about their child's milestones, activities, and progress
- Support routine toddler care tasks including meals, diapering, and rest routines
- Adhere to all health, safety, and licensing guidelines
- No nights, no weekends, no holidays — every week is predictable
- $16–$18 per hour based on experience

- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education a plus
- Previous experience working with toddlers or young children in a licensed childcare setting preferred
- Genuine patience, warmth, and empathy for toddlers and their families
- Comfortable with all aspects of toddler care including diapering and feeding routines
- Collaborative team player who also works well independently
- Basic understanding of toddler development milestones
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children
