About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate activities for infants.
- Provide a safe, loving, and stimulating environment for infants to explore and learn.
- Observe and assess each child's developmental progress and needs.
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child's growth and milestones.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a cohesive learning experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Foster a sense of community and belonging among children and families.
Requirements:
- Experience working with infants or in an early childhood education setting.
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Passion for nurturing and educating young children.
- Creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
- High school diploma required; degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
