The The Goddard School is looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and caring Summer Floater to join our team for the summer season!

📅 Position Details:

Dates: July 1, 2026 – August 28, 2026
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: Montville, NJ
Position Type: Seasonal / Summer Employment

👶 Age Groups You’ll Support:
You will float between classrooms and assist teachers working with children ages:

Infants (6 weeks old)
Toddlers
Preschool
Pre-Kindergarten

✨ Responsibilities Include:

Assisting lead teachers in classrooms as needed
Supporting daily activities, play, and learning experiences
Helping maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment
Supervising children during indoor and outdoor play
Assisting with classroom transitions, snacks, and daily routines
Providing extra support throughout the school wherever needed

✔ We Are Looking For Someone Who Is:

Reliable and punctual
Energetic and positive
Comfortable working with children of all ages
A team player who can adapt easily throughout the day
Previous childcare or babysitting experience is a plus (but not required)
