Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy classroom environment
- Adapt learning experiences to meet the individual needs of each child
- Foster positive relationships with children and families
Lead Teacher Qualifications:
- Education-related degree (Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or CDA preferred)
- Minimum of one year of experience in a licensed childcare center
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Must meet State of Texas and National hiring standards
- Employment contingent upon cleared DFPS, DPS, and FBI background checks
