As our founding School Director, you'll help hire an outstanding team, welcome our first families, and establish the positive culture that will define our school for years to come. You'll also:
· Hire, coach, develop, and inspire faculty
· Ensure exceptional educational programming and student outcomes
· Build strong relationships with families and provide an outstanding customer experience
· Conduct tours and support enrollment growth
· Manage staffing, scheduling, budgets, and school resources
· Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment
· Build community partnerships and represent the school at local events
· Deliver our proprietary Wonder of Learning® program*, designed to spark curiosity, support individual growth and inspire a lifelong love of learning
· Showcase our school through engaging social media posts
· Holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field
· Has at least three years of successful leadership experience in a licensed preschool or child care center
· Meets Kentucky qualifications to serve as a Child Care Director
· Is a positive, confident leader who inspires and develops others
· Is relatable both to children, parents, and staff
· Exercises sound judgment and confidently solves problems with professionalism and empathy
· Delivers exceptional customer service and communicates effectively
· Is comfortable using Microsoft Office, Excel, iPads, and social media
· Has experience with curriculum implementation and child assessment tools
· Successfully completes all required background checks and fingerprinting
· Work in a beautiful, state of the art preschool with outstanding health and safety practices
· Make a meaningful difference in the lives of children, families, and teachers every day
· Collaborate with talented educators who genuinely care about one another
