Lead Toddler Teacher (Twos)
The Goddard School® of Cumming is looking for an experienced, dependable Lead Toddler Teacher who loves working with two-year-olds.
This is more than a childcare job—we're looking for someone who enjoys helping toddlers build confidence, independence, and a love of learning through play and exploration. If you're ready to lead your own classroom with the support of an experienced leadership team and a proven curriculum, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a classroom of two-year-olds using our Wonder of Learning® curriculum
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
- Build positive relationships with children and their families
- Observe and document children's growth and development
- Partner with assistant teachers to create a successful classroom
- Maintain licensing, health, and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a licensed childcare center or preschool
- Previous lead teacher experience preferred
- High school diploma required; CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework preferred
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and reliability
