The Goddard School of Arnold is hiring! Do you love the energy, curiosity, and wonder of toddlers? We're looking for a passionate Toddler Teacher or Early Childhood Educator who enjoys helping young children build confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.
Full-time teaching position available with a $500 signing bonus for eligible new hires.

As a Toddler Teacher, you'll help children discover the world through hands-on learning, movement, music, sensory exploration, language development, and play. Every day brings new milestones, meaningful relationships, and opportunities to make a lasting impact during this important stage of development.
Using Goddard's research-based curriculum, you'll create engaging experiences that support children's social-emotional, physical, cognitive, language, and early academic development.
What You'll Do
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging toddler classroom where children can explore with confidence.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate, hands-on activities that encourage curiosity, language development, creativity, and problem-solving.
- Support children's growing independence while establishing consistent, predictable routines.
- Build positive, trusting relationships with children and their families.
- Observe, document, and celebrate children's developmental milestones and individual growth.
- Encourage learning through play, movement, music, sensory exploration, and discovery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
- Communicate professionally with families, fellow teachers, and school leadership.
- Collaborate with your teaching team to provide exceptional early childhood education.
We're looking for an early childhood educator who is:

- Committed to supporting children's development and growing independence.
Previous toddler, preschool, childcare, or early childhood education experience is preferred.
