Job Type: Full-Time
- $15.00 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience)

- Support the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom
- Help carry out developmentally appropriate curriculum and daily activities planned by the Lead Teacher
- Assist with observing children and following their interests to guide learning
- Build warm, caring relationships with children and families
- Partner with and take direction from your Lead Teacher to keep the classroom running smoothly
- Step in to support children's social-emotional needs throughout the day
- Help supervise children during play, meals, rest, and transitions
- Assist with classroom setup, cleanup, and maintaining a healthy, organized environment
- Communicate with families in coordination with the Lead Teacher

- CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field (preferred, not required)
- Experience in early childhood education preferred
