Compensation & Performance Incentives

  • $15.00 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience)
  • Signing Bonus Available
  • Bonus Performance Incentive Program: 
    • Earn an additional $0.50/hour for every full-paying student you help enroll
    • Bonuses remain as long as the child stays enrolled
    • No cap on earnings
  • Referral bonuses for:

The Role: What You'll Do

  • Support the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom
  • Help carry out developmentally appropriate curriculum and daily activities planned by the Lead Teacher
  • Assist with observing children and following their interests to guide learning
  • Build warm, caring relationships with children and families
  • Partner with and take direction from your Lead Teacher to keep the classroom running smoothly
  • Step in to support children's social-emotional needs throughout the day
  • Help supervise children during play, meals, rest, and transitions
  • Assist with classroom setup, cleanup, and maintaining a healthy, organized environment
  • Communicate with families in coordination with the Lead Teacher
  • Contribute to a positive, professional school culture

Education & Requirements

  • CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field (preferred, not required)
  • Experience in early childhood education preferred
  • Must meet Delaware licensing requirements
  • Ability to commit to a consistent full-time schedule
