- High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred for Lead Teacher position
- Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred
- 1-2 years of previous experience working with young children in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred
- Someone who’s dependable, positive, and works well in a team and without a lot of supervision.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children. For Infant Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib.
