A day in the life as a Teacher:
- Leverage Goddard's Wonder of Learning curriculum to create and deliver engaging activities that foster children’s curiosity and learning.
- Build lasting relationships with both students and parents, celebrating every little milestone! Daily communication with parents at drop-off and pick-up.
- Supervise a class of children at ratio while maintaining a safe and nurturing learning environment.
- Work in a clean, modern facility with 3 playgrounds, a gym, an outdoor classroom, kitchen, and faculty office.
- Enjoy a team environment where you’re supported by dedicated directors and fellow teachers.
- Engage with the school community in events like our Fall Festival, Carnivals, Summer Picnic, Parents' Night Out, and more.

What we’re looking for:

Experience is a plus, but we value passion and dedication just as much! If you’re enthusiastic about working with children, we’d love to hear from you
- High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred for Lead Teacher position
- Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred
- 1-2 years of previous experience working with young children in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred
- Someone who’s dependable, positive, and works well in a team and without a lot of supervision.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children. For Infant Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib.
