What You'll Do
As a Goddard School teacher, you'll create a nurturing, engaging classroom where children feel safe, confident, curious, and excited to learn. You'll:
- Plan and implement fun, developmentally appropriate learning experiences
- Encourage children's confidence, independence, creativity, and social-emotional development
- Support learning through hands-on play, exploration, and discovery
- Build meaningful relationships with children and families
- Meet the individual developmental needs of each child
- Maintain a warm, organized, and engaging classroom environment
- Communicate professionally and positively with families and fellow team members
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities
What We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate is dependable, positive, nurturing, and genuinely passionate about working with young children.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate early childhood practices
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous early childhood classroom experience preferred
- MSDE/OCC 90-Hour Preschool or Infant/Toddler Certification preferred
- CPR/First Aid Certification preferred
- Child Development Associate (CDA) credential is a plus

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Pay: Starting at $20.00+ per hour, based on qualifications and experience
