We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Maintenance Associate.
Job Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for the overall cleanliness and minor maintenance of our school. You will work independently during the evening hours to ensure the facility is spotless and ready for the next day of learning. This position is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys a quiet, consistent work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

End-of-Day Cleaning: Perform comprehensive cleaning of the entire school facility, including classrooms, hallways, offices, and common areas.

Floor Care: Sweep, mop, and vacuum all flooring surfaces.

Sanitization: Thoroughly clean and sanitize student and staff bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.

Glass Care: Clean interior windows, glass doors, and entryways.

Trash Removal: Empty and sanitize wastebaskets and replace liners throughout the building.

Deep Cleaning Projects: Assist with periodic deep cleaning tasks (e.g., carpet shampooing, baseboard wiping, vent cleaning) and minor maintenance repairs as needed.

Safety: Ensure all cleaning chemicals are stored safely and out of reach of children.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in janitorial work, commercial cleaning, or facility maintenance is a plus.
- Ability to pass a background check (required for all school employees).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently without close supervision.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive motions (bending, stooping, reaching).
