A Full or Part-Time Floater at the Goddard School of Spring House will join our growing team of 25 teachers and over 150 families to support the school in a variety of ways. We will work with your availability to create a schedule that allows our teachers and community to feel supported and thrive ever day!

Floating or Assistant Teachers should:
- Have 2 years of Early Child Care experience
- Be comfortable talking with parents and caregivers
- Promote positive classroom management techniques
- Share ideas and experiences with Lead and Assistant Teachers
- Collaborate with directors and onsite owners

Candidates should share their experience working with Infant, Toddler, Preschool, Pre-K, and School-Aged students. While growing our faculty, we will provide all teachers the opportunity to explore various ages and developmental levels as we find ideal mutual fits for each teacher.
