- Provide frequent positive verbal interaction, affection, and individualized attention.
- Observe children closely and communicate developmental progress or concerns with school leadership.
- Maintain accurate daily records regarding bottles, meals, diaper changes, naps, activities, and other required information.
- Communicate professionally and positively with families regarding their child's day.
- Keep the classroom, toys, feeding areas, changing areas, and equipment clean and sanitized according to school procedures.
- Work collaboratively with co-teachers and members of the leadership team.
- Participate in classroom planning, school events, staff meetings, professional development, and required training.
- Assist with classroom transitions and other school responsibilities as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times.

- Have a genuine love for infants and early childhood education.
- Be patient, nurturing, attentive, and energetic.
- Be dependable and able to maintain consistent attendance.
- Have strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Be comfortable working closely with families and fellow teachers.
- Be able to multitask while maintaining constant supervision of children.
- Be willing to complete all required state, licensing, and school training.
- Have previous infant, childcare, preschool, or early childhood experience preferred.
- Have a CDA or other Early Childhood Education credential preferred.
- Meet all state-required background check and employment requirements.
Physical Requirements

What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who understands how important consistency and relationships are during the first year of a child's life. Our Infant Teachers should take pride in creating a classroom where families feel confident leaving their babies each day.
The right person will be loving, reliable, professional, safety-focused, and excited to be part of a collaborative preschool team.
