The Goddard School® of Roscoe Village is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager to become a key part of our administrative team!

✨ What You’ll Be Doing:
đź“ž Front Office & Administrative Leadership
• Serve as the welcoming face of the school for families and visitors
• Manage phone calls, appointments, and logistics with professionalism
• Maintain organized records, manage documentation, and support licensing compliance
📱 Marketing & Communication Support
• Coordinate family communication, newsletters, and updates
• Support social media presenceÂ
• Help plan and promote school events and seasonal celebrations
🗂️ Operations & Office Management
• Oversee supply orders and maintain inventory for office and classrooms
• Create and maintain files for children and staff
• Assist the leadership team with scheduling, follow-up, and administrative projects
• Support onboarding and orientation of new team members
• Ensure the office environment remains organized, efficient, and welcoming
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Prior administrative, office management, and/or early education experience preferred
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, ChatGPT and/or other AI, Canva, and general technology tools (training available!)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and positive energy
• Warm, welcoming personality with a genuine love for supporting others
