What You'll Do
- Create a safe, loving, and nurturing classroom environment where every child and family feels valued.
- Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage learning through play using our Wonder of Learning® curriculum.
- Build meaningful relationships with children and their families.
- Encourage social-emotional development, independence, and confidence.
- Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and our leadership team.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom with our health and safety guidelines in place.
What We're Looking For
- A caring, dependable, and enthusiastic individual who genuinely loves working with children.
- Experience in a childcare or preschool setting required.
- CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education required.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- A willingness to learn, grow, and make a difference each day.
- Ability to meet state training requirements and lift up to 50 lbs.

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
