The Goddard School®, an early childhood education center, is currently seeking an experienced, qualified, caring, and energetic resource / float teacher to join our team. At our School, we put our teachers first because they put our students first. As a Resource/Float Teacher, you will collaborate with Lead and Assistant Teachers to implement engaging educational programs and activities. This pivotal role includes classroom support, curriculum enhancement and adapting dynamically to meet the evolving educational needs of our school community.
Requirements:
Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:
- At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required
- Early childhood coursework, childcare work, CDA, or degree preferred
- High school diploma required
- Shows empathy and compassion for young children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, children and families
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children

$31,200.00 - $37,440.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No Nights or Weekends!!!
