About the Position
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Infant Co-Lead Teacher to join our faculty.
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Work alongside another teacher as a Co-Lead Teacher
- Care for and educate children approximately 6 weeks to 12 months of age
- Consistent 8-hour daily shift
- Consistent schedule to support work-life balance and planning
- Monday through Friday with no weekends

- $17.00-$21.00 per hour, based on education and qualifications

What You'll Do
As an Infant Co-Lead Teacher, you will help create a safe, loving, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment where our youngest learners can grow, explore, and build trusting relationships.
You will:
- Build warm, nurturing relationships with infants and their families
- Partner with your co-teacher to coordinate the daily operations of the classroom
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences
- Support children's social-emotional, physical, cognitive, and language development
- Observe children's individual interests, needs, and developmental milestones
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and engaging classroom
- Communicate with families each day about their child's experiences, routines, milestones, and accomplishments
- Document classroom experiences and family communication through our school communication tools
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership
- Participate in professional development and continue growing as an early childhood educator
- Follow all school policies, licensing requirements, and health and safety standards

Qualifications
We welcome candidates at different stages of their early childhood education careers.
Preferred qualifications include one or more of the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a child-related field
- Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or a child-related field
- Current CDA or Early Childhood Teaching Credential
- Currently enrolled in a CDA, Early Childhood Education, or related degree program
- Previous experience working with infants or young children
Successful candidates should also demonstrate:
- A nurturing and positive approach to working with young children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependability and professionalism
- Knowledge of appropriate childcare, health, safety, and emergency procedures
- A commitment to providing excellent service and communication to families
- A desire to learn, grow, and contribute positively to the school community
About Our School
For more than 20 years, our school has been part of the local Strongsville community, providing high-quality early childhood education and care to approximately 140 children.
Our programs serve children from six weeks through six years of age, providing a nurturing learning environment designed to support children's growth, curiosity, confidence, and love of learning.
