Operational Support: Oversee daily administrative tasks, ensure compliance with state licensing, and manage records for staff and families.

Communication: Lead internal and external communications, including newsletters, monthly themes, and social media updates.

Enrollment & Revenue Growth: Support enrollment efforts, manage family onboarding, and assist in implementing new programs (e.g., summer camps, after-school care).

Family & Staff Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, staff, licensing authorities, and community partners.

Supplies & Facility Oversight: Order food and classroom supplies weekly; maintain and update handbooks and emergency procedures.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and compliant records for children, staff, and facility operations.
- Additional support as deemed needed by management.

Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education preferred.

Prior experience in preschool or school administration.
- Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Frequently walking, standing, sitting, squatting, stooping, reaching, kneeling, twisting, and rising from the floor
- Regularly speaking, reading, writing, and listening in English
- Occasionally lifting or carrying up to 40 pounds
- Using fine hand movements, and occasionally pushing, pulling, or bending
